Virtual cards Built for online shopping and digital payments. Add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and use it wherever Mastercard is accepted online. Physical cards Use it anywhere Mastercard is accepted, worldwide. The design and finish of your card depend on your membership tier, from colourful options on Plus to premium metal cards on Premium. The bloxley Mastercard is a debit card. You spend directly from your bloxley account balance. It works wherever Mastercard is accepted, worldwide.

Where can I use my bloxley cards?

Accepted Answer

Wherever Mastercard is accepted, across more than 210 countries and territories worldwide. In store Pay by contactless or chip and PIN at any Mastercard-accepting merchant. Online Your virtual card works at any online retailer that accepts Mastercard. On your phone Add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay with just your device. At ATMs Withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide. Fees may apply depending on your membership tier and location.

Are there any fees for using my bloxley cards?

Accepted Answer

Your virtual card comes at no charge. Your physical Mastercard Debit Card carries a one-time issuance fee of €4.99, excluding delivery. Paying in your account currency No fee applies. Paying in a different currency Currency conversion is included at no charge on weekdays, up to €1,000 per month. A 2% fee applies on weekends and on any amount above your monthly allowance. ATM withdrawals Each withdrawal costs €1.50. You can make up to 2 withdrawals every 24 hours, up to €500 per day and €2,000 per month. What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

Stay calm. You're in control. Freeze your card Open the bloxley app and freeze your card. This stops new transactions from being processed while you decide what to do next. Report it Report your card as lost or stolen directly in the app. This permanently blocks the card. Order a replacement Request a new card from within the app. Delivery times and any applicable fees are available in our prices and services list in our legal hub . Transactions you don't recognise Contact our support team via the in-app chat or call straight away. We'll help you investigate and guide you through the dispute process.
