Don't worry. Here's what to do. Lost access to your account Try signing in from another device. Your bloxley account can only be active on one device at a time. Signing in from a new device automatically ends any other active session. Still locked out? Contact our support team at support@bloxley.com . We'll verify your identity and help you regain access. Lost or stolen card Sign into the bloxley app and freeze your card straight away. Then report it as lost or stolen to order a replacement. Can't access the app? Contact us at support@bloxley.com and we'll step in.

I forgot my passcode

No need to worry. You can reset it directly in the app. Select 'forgot passcode' on the login screen. We'll verify your identity using codes sent to your registered email address and phone number. Once confirmed, you can set a new passcode and get back in. If you run into any issues, contact us at support@bloxley.com .

Suspect fraud or scam?

Accepted Answer

Stop all communication End any contact with the suspected scammer straight away. Do not click any links, download any attachments, or share any personal or financial information. Contact bloxley Reach our support team via the in-app chat and call or via e-mail at support@bloxley.com . Let us know what happened so we can help protect your account. Report it to the police We advise you to also file a report with your local police or national fraud reporting service. Financial fraud can also be reported to your country's dedicated national authority. Remember: bloxley will never ask for your PIN, password, one-time codes, or full card details by email or text.
