Imanuel Kaiser's journey in the tech world has seen him collaborate with various innovative ventures, including partnerships with Southern University of Technology and Science (SUSTech) in Shenzhen, China, as well as X-Hub Shenzhen, where he orchestrated and advised various startups.
In 2022, Imanuel, together with his partner and longtime friend Leon Fischer-Brocks, founded Bloxley, with a mission to simplify finance for everyone. Leading the way at Bloxley, Imanuel oversees operations, communication, strategy, intellectual property, and product development.
Leon Fischer-Brocks leverages his diverse background in private equity and startup advisory to lead the operation alongside his partner and close friend Imanuel and transform the financial industry.
With a BSc in Business Management and Economics from London City University, he combines academic knowledge with practical insights to oversee internal operations, driving the conception, structure, and financial framing of the company's business model.
As the COO of Bloxley, Raphael plays a vital role in optimizing operations and driving strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Bloxley, Raphael served as the CEO of Värdex Suisse AG, a prominent Swiss POS and service provider. His leadership contributed to the company's success in Switzerland and Europe.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Raphael is committed to tackle impactful global issues and find creative solutions that make a difference.
Sébastien Gruhier leads technical solutions with his expertise from founding his own ventures. As a skilled full-stack developer and entrepreneur, he shapes innovative solutions.
As a skilled full-stack developer, entrepreneur, experienced trainer, and speaker, Sébastien showcases a deep passion for technology and utilizes his extensive knowledge, holding a Master of Science in Computer Science, to shape and deliver cutting-edge solutions at Bloxley.
In his early career, Cosmin Ursachi showcased his skills in backend development, playing a pivotal role at an outsourcing company where he was mainly responsible for the backend of Nivea.com.
Proving his entrepreneurial spirit, Cosmin founded several projects, demonstrating his ability to lead and innovate. At Bloxley, Cosmin is using his extensive experience in software development, big data, and team leadership to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of technological advancements.
Inès Gruhier, the Design Lead at Bloxley, is the creative force behind the sleek and streamlined design of the platform. With expertise in 3D modeling, 2D animation, user interface design, user experience, branding, and illustration, Inès has shaped the sophisticated aesthetic that defines Bloxley.
Her bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication from Hongik University, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, fuels her passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly experiences.
